Seaviews by Puerto Narixa stands out
>See article with the most attractive new development projects Costa del Sol.
There is no doubt that the new development will take off in 2026 – but prices are generally expected to be high.
At the same time, we see that new development is now becoming increasingly competitive compared to the used market, where supply is limited and price levels are often in the same range.
That is precisely why the first phase of Sea Views by Puerto Narixa is attracting such great interest. We – like several other agents – are experiencing very strong sales in the area. If you want to secure a home with sea views in this price range, we recommend acting now.
Apartments in Torrox Costa. Penthouse from 295,000!
Note: Phase 2 will be released soon. Write to us for more information.

No matter what type of property you are looking for in Spain, a house in Nerja, an apartment on the western Costa del Sol or a smaller villa inland, or if you prefer the Costa Blanca or Gran Canaria – we always aim to find the best investments possible for our clients, whether it is bank repossession, new construction or used .
Since the financial bubble collapsed in the fall of 2009, the price situation for those looking for housing abroad has changed significantly in Europe in general and in southern Spain in particular. Regardless of the price situation, there are always homeowners who, for various reasons, need to sell as quickly as possible.
This is where our initiated broker comes into the picture (read our article aboutwhy there is a buy situation now and not later, and what to consider when investing). If you have decided to invest in a villa or apartment in Spain, you can get hot tips from our broker Anders Larsson.
The service consists of him call or email He immediately receives information from homeowners who have decided to sell their home quickly, which could mean a really good deal for you.
Please note that you do not need to contact multiple agents in the same location to get a complete selection. If the property you are looking for is not directly included in our database, we will contact the homeowner and any agent with exclusive rights, absolutely no extra cost for you (the commission will instead be less for everyone involved).
About bank repossession
Our advice is that you do not get hung up on bank repossession and headlines like “quick deals”. The prices are good as they are, and if you rush into a purchase it is easy to make a mistake. You should enjoy the area, and if you had not planned to live there year-round, it is important to make sure the home is rentable It is rare for really cheap homes to be located in an attractive area.
Unfortunately, some also seem to market homes as “ bank repossession ” even when they are not, and entice with “100% financing” even when that is not the case. We try to stay out of this circus and aim for more secure, long-term investments.
In fact, it is increasingly rare for any interesting bank repossession to come in at all. Once it does, you have to act quickly, perhaps with just a few days' notice. For most people, this is not a realistic scenario.
We also advise against investing in the cheapest possible home in a “ghost town” (i.e., where there are many empty apartments owned by banks but no one wants to buy) with the entire loan in a Spanish bank (interest rates can be very high). It was this type of deal that caused Spain, and many other countries, to suffer economically. Instead, invest in a home in an area that has been popular for a long time and has survived the crisis. These are the areas that will increase in value the most the next time the housing market crashes. Nerja is a prime example of such an area.
