This is one of the most sought after areas for rentals in all of Nerja, partly due to the magnificent sea view, the high standard and the heated saltwater pool. It is only a 15-20 minute walk to the beautiful Restinga beach which is located at the westernmost point of Playazo beach. You can then walk along the beach to the centre of Nerja. There are several restaurants and bars in and around Ladera. Among them is the renowned Avalon restaurant.

- The nearest golf course (Baviera) is 15 minutes (20 minutes to the golf course in Anoreta, and 20 to Los Moriscos) away.
