  • The unique location right on the beach, on one of the last 15 or so genuine frontline beach plots in southern Spain. The prices are nevertheless very attractive, as this is first phase, which is for sale significantly cheaper than subsequent phases. This has been the case with several of this builder's previous projects.
  • For investors, this is a unique opportunity in 2025. Apartments are rented very well in this area, and at high prices. The builder will offer an all-inclusive rental solution for investors who want to buy to rent. Many of the buyers who got in line early and reserved an apartment during the summer/autumn were also pure investors, who see the opportunity to good rental income but also a substantial value increase in the long term.

This is a promising area where prices are expected to skyrocket over the next ten years. Even prestigious companies like Metrovacesa have caught the eye of this gem of a place and are building near the beach. However, their prices are significantly higher.

The big advantage of buying homes on plan in Spain is that you save a lot of money. We have seen price increases of around 30% upon completion over the years. In recent years we have also seen how developers increase the prices of homes the closer they get to completion. The disadvantage of buying “ off-plan ” is of course that there is a longer waiting period. However, you do not have to pay interest on the loans, as they are only activated upon moving in.
