Phase 1 is already move-in ready and phase 2 and phase 3 will be ready (there are a few homes left for sale in these phases as well) to move in in August. The beach club located down on the beach is already open and construction is in full swing in the area.

Phase 10 consists of villas with 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Higueron West 217

This is the largest and most spectacular, and according to many, one of the most attractive projects ever built in this part of Spain. By the end of 2019, over 400 homes had been sold ! The reason for these outstanding figures is that this is a project that in every way offers the discerning buyer “that little extra”, such as access to Spa and other facilities at the area's five-star hotels, concierge services with babysitting, electric car rentals and charging stations, large terraces with sea view, most pools (including children's pools and play water parks) and sports facilities, organic farming areas, app with smarthome functions, dog pool (!), transfer to and from the airport in 15 minutes, jogging/cycling routes, picnic areas, beach club, 9 high-class restaurants, one of which with Michelin star, own entrance and exit from the highway, etc. etc. For those who want invest In an apartment for rent this is undoubtedly the best choice on the western Costa del sol. About construction time and the different phases of Higueron West 217

Higueron West is currently under construction. Phases 1 to 5 are being built simultaneously and will be completed in 2020. Phase 5 will be completed in the first quarter of 2021.  The official release of phases 4-5 has begun. Just like in the previous phases, you can reserve an apartment (you pay a refundable reservation fee ) in the introductory phase. Phase 6 is in the pre-launch phase (you can pre-book and get a place in the queue to secure yourself if you are among the first to choose an apartment at release) and it consists of 26 apartments. Phases 4-6 have roughly the same design as phases 1-3, while most of the phases have sea view .

The plans for phases 7-8 are still unclear, but it is likely that there will be villas/townhouses on the "cliff" that belongs to the project. We recommend buying in phases 1-6 as prices are still good, and as usual, you build on the most attractive land in the first stage.

A 2-bedroom apartment costs from €325,000. However, there are a limited number of apartments left in this price range (2-bedroom apartments are the most in demand).

The area becomes ““eco-friendly” with huge green areas, parks, cycle paths and electric bikes and electric cars for rent for residents. Good access (own exit and entrance, "217") to the A7 motorway and 15 minutes to Málaga airport, making it the closest area to the airport of all resort on Costa Del Sol .

Near Carvajal Train Station (which goes directly to the airport), and Fuengirola's 7 km long promenade. Beautiful views of the mountains and sea from the homes.


The first phase consisted of a total of 76 apartments with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, between 82 and 115 sq m – ground floors with own garden, as well as penthouse . The second phase was released on 26/1 and phase 3 had a pre-launch in April. Phases 4 and 5 were released in November – and phase 6 was released in January and the pre-launch of phases 7 and 8 in April. In total, over 500 homes have been released for sale so far.

Benalmadena is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from Malagaairport.

All payments are protected by a bank guarantee through Sabadell bank.

The project is already 80% paid for and is basically owned by a large American investment company. Licenses etc. have been granted and construction is underway.
