This is the largest and most spectacular, and according to many, one of the most attractive projects ever built in this part of Spain. By the end of 2019, over 400 homes had been sold ! Phase 5 will be completed in the first quarter of 2021.  The official release of phases 4-5 has begun. Just like in the previous phases, you can reserve an apartment (you pay a refundable reservation fee ) in the introductory phase. Phase 6 is in the pre-launch phase (you can pre-book and get a place in the queue to secure yourself if you are among the first to choose an apartment at release) and it consists of 26 apartments. Phases 4-6 have roughly the same design as phases 1-3, while most of the phases have sea view .

The plans for phases 7-8 are still unclear, but it is likely that there will be villas/townhouses on the "cliff" that belongs to the project. We recommend buying in phases 1-6 as prices are still good, and as usual, you build on the most attractive land in the first stage.

A 2-bedroom apartment costs from €325,000. However, there are a limited number of apartments left in this price range (2-bedroom apartments are the most in demand).
