Capistrano 21 area is located in the center Nerja, just outside the city center, in a quiet area behind the football stadium. It is located at the height of Capistrano Village but closer to town. It is easy to get to town center as there are no direct slopes. About 1 km. to the main street Calle Pintada (where you will also find some of the city's best restaurants, and our office at number 9) and just over 1 km. to the nearest beach, Burriana.

The apartments in Capistrano 21 are key-ready in spring 2021, but there are still a few remaining in early 2022.
Bright and modern, Scandinavian design. Spacious apartments, with open-plan layout . The apartments also have good-sized terraces with afternoon sun (although not all afternoon), and some also have access to private gardens.
Nearby area:
- Directly nearby are 2 gyms (the larger sports center and Time sport), tennis courts, bathhouses, grocery stores, bakery, "Farmers Market", fish shop, restaurants, etc. It is also relatively close to the starting point of the famous Rio Chillarhiking trail.
- Bus stops are also in the immediate vicinity. It is not a must to have access to a car in this central location. This is also a quiet area , with almost no traffic at all as it is a dead end (cul de sac). The noise level is generally quiet, and there are green areas all around.
- Swimming pool in the area.

Note! This is most likely the last major project in central Nerja with these prices (a smaller project, Colina Alta, however, released in 2021. All with sea view ). It is somewhat surprising to everyone in the area that the Spanish construction company has managed to get hold of a plot of land in central Nerja with space for a relatively large project of apartments. This is simply the exception that confirms the rule that there are no larger plots with planning permission left in Nerja and that those that do exist are earmarked for luxury projects. If you want a central and new project under €300,000 in Nerja , this is the project for you (if you would rather have something closer to beach and/or with sea view it is however used market that applies). Outside Nerja This project closer to Torroxis recommended instead. It has sea view ]

Rental potential
We are more than happy to take apartments into this project in our rental portfolio. The demand for new construction is strong in central Nerja, but the supply is very limited. Most of it was built in the 70s-90s and is starting to get worn out. New apartments therefore have a big advantage in this strong rental market.

Reservation fee (it is reserved for 24 hours so that the buyer has time to transfer the amount) of €6,000.
