As those of you who have followed the market know, there is a housing shortage in Nerja. In principle, only new houses are built at the new treatment plant at the same time if there are fewer and fewer used homes for sale than in many, many years. Royal Palm is the biggest news in terms of new development on the Costa del Sol for a long time. For several years, people have wanted to build on this highly sought-after, central and oceanfront lot (between Capistrano Village and the city's most popular beach, Burriana). No one believed that the project would come to fruition anymore, but then suddenly, very recently, the purchase of the plot was arranged. A few words about south vs. east facing.
