Salobreña is a small coastal town on the Costa Tropical with more than 12,000 inhabitants. Within a 45-minute drive you can reach Granada, and only an hour to the Sierra Nevada ski resort and to Malaga airport.
Salobreña's location is very unique, situated on the cliffs with its white houses. The town has incredible views of the Moorish castle in the village, as well as the sea and a sugar plantation. The Sierra Nevada mountain peaks dominate the horizon to the north and the Salobreña coast offers 8 km of manicured pebble and sandy beaches.
In the village you can walk along narrow streets that lead to the beautiful Moorish castle.
Emblematic corners offer small tapas bars and lots of Andalusian charm. The climate consists of mild winters and hot summers, and due to low humidity, Salobreña has the second healthiest climate in the world. There is an artificial reef where you can snorkel and dive to see rich marine life. For golfers, there is an 18-hole golf course 5 km east of the city.
