Almunecar is very reminiscent of Nerja with its cosy, typically Spanish character and beautiful nature. The big difference between Almunecar and Nerja is that it is markedly much quieter in the winter months in Almunecar , which does not make the city an optimal choice if you are looking for an investment for rental.
[ update October 2017] It has sold out a lot in Almunecar as well, and at the time of writing there are only 2 items in the bank's database (neither of which are recommended). We recommend that you turn your eyes to La Herradura if you are looking for an affordable home on the Costa Tropical, which is also a good rental investment. See these houses with private pools in La Herradura (Jacaranda).
If you are looking for as cheap a bank object as possible, then neither Almunecar nor La Herradura is an option anymore. Instead, look further east along the coast, such as Salobrena , Motril, Roquetas de mar, etc.
