Answers to common questions from you who want to rent accommodation in Nerja
- Most apartments have key lockers with a code (which you get just before departure) so it's no problem if your plane arrives in the middle of the night. Otherwise, staff will meet you to give you the key (for a fee), then drive you to the house or apartment you rented. You can also choose to pick up the keys at their central office.
- All homes are cleaned and in order when you arrive and you do not need to clean the home when you leave. The cleaning team takes care of that.
- Clean sheets and pillowcases are in the home when you arrive.
- You can rent an apartment or villa with a private pool, or with a pool in the area. The pools are kept in good condition by the service team.
- The service team is always close at hand and can assist you should any problems arise with the home during your stay.
- If there is no Wi-Fi available in the home, it is possible to purchase a "pay as you go" solution in the form of a stick.
Note , as far as long-term rentals (long stays) of houses and apartments are concerned, a maximum of six months at a time applies (it is also a minimum three-month booking that applies to get the extra discounted winter price ). However, this is an advantage because you don't have to commit and pay for a whole year in advance. Note, it often pays off to ask for a quote when it comes to long stay bookings (longer than four weeks). Especially during low and mid-season.
Incidentally, the most popular area Capistrano Village , where you can also rent long-term at special prices during the winter. Here, too, the quote applies for the absolute best price.
