This wonderful penthouse is located on Calle Colón which is only a 5 minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and the beach.
When you enter the apartment you are greeted by a small hall and directly to the left you have the bright kitchen with modern white goods, fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Sliding doors from the kitchen take you out to a small patio with green plants where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
To the right of the hall you will find the living room with a large sofa, TV and dining area.
A corridor from the living room takes you to the home's 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has a double bed and a private bathroom. The other three rooms have single beds, a balcony and a shared bathroom at the end of the corridor.
To get to the large private terrace, you go out into the stairwell and up one flight of stairs. Here you will also find a washing machine and cleaning equipment in a room inside the terrace. On the terrace you will find a dining area, lounge group and sunbeds.
Prices:
March-April-May: €950 / week
June-July-August: €1625 / week
September-October: €950 / week
Winter prices:
November-December-January-February: 1200 €/ month
To book, step by step:
- Fill in the information in the booking form above. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the details for the payment of the reservation fee, which is 25% of the total price.
- Pay the reservation fee. We will get back to you when the money is at hand with a booking confirmation and receipt.
- That is all! You pay the remaining part of the booking amount when you arrive.
