The Calpe cliff is a symbol of the entire Costa Blanca. The town of Calpe is located six miles north of Alicante on Costa Blanca and only about ten miles south of Valencia.

In Calpe, peace and nature reign – and the beautiful little alleys and the nice harbors do their part to make us unable to avoid the old cliché: “picturesque.” When Aftonbladet wrote about Calpe about ten years ago, it highlighted, among other things, that here you can have your “best fish dinner of your life”. The town has always been and probably always will be a fishing village at heart, regardless of how many Europeans choose to buy a holiday home here.

In Calpe there are newly built, or relatively newly built, apartments and houses for sale. However, the prices are higher than in, for example, TorreviejaThere are also very few bank repossession here (at the time of writing, however, we have 8 bank-repossessed homes in the area).
Most people who buy a house in the Costa Blanca usually have a budget of around 100,000 Euros, but prices are slightly higher in Calpe. Expect around 200,000 Euros and upwards for an attractive home.
