Capistrano 21 are new apartments in central Nerja!

The Capistrano 21 area is located in the center of Nerja , just outside the city center, in a quiet area behind the football stadium. It is at the same height as Capistrano Village but closer to town. It is easy to get to the center as there are no direct slopes. About 1 km. to the main street Calle Pintada (where you will also find some of the city's best restaurants, and our office at number 9) and just over 1 km. to the nearest beach, Burriana.

The apartments at Capistrano 21 are turnkey in spring 2021, but there are still some remaining in early 2022.

Rental potential

We are more than happy to include apartments in this project in our rental portfolio . The demand for newly produced is strong in central Nerja, but the supply is very limited. Most of it was built in the 70s and 90s and is starting to wear out. New apartments thus have a big advantage in this strong rental market.
