We also have several new development projects in the pipeline. If all goes well, before the end of the year we will be able to offer homes at fantastic prices in a cozy, typical Andalusian village only 30 minutes from Malagaairport.

Regarding trade fairs It is doubtful whether we will have time with them this year. In addition, unfortunately, many who visit fairs in Sweden are mostly a bit "curious" and not really interested in buying (although it is always fun to meet people and speak Spanish!). However, we will try to make it to the fair in Brussels in December. If nothing else, our French partner will show our listing at the fair.
Finally, we are negotiating with rights to new construction in both Nerja and Torre Del Mar Nothing is completely set yet so we can't share any information yet. However, it is positive that they are once again starting to plan wonderful new construction on Costa Del Sol !
