Best properties on the Costa del Sol July 2015

There is currently more interest in buying a house or apartment on the Costa del Sol than there has been in over 6 years. Many Spanish home owners and developers, who have liquidity problems, have taken note of this and have taken the opportunity to lower further to make the fastest possible deal during the summer/early autumn.
