We haven't updated the page with that many items lately. This has to do with the fact that we changed our strategy somewhat. At the moment we are putting a lot of powder into the international market (we now have close collaborators all over Central Europe, as well as posting our objects on portals that reach pretty much the whole world) which has officially started to glow with interest in the investment opportunities in Spain. However, below we present some of the most affordable items that are still unsold, and which we know many of you may be interested in.
Incidentally, we are putting the final touches on an office in Torre del Mar, which is also mostly part of the strategy to market ourselves to international customers (there are not yet that many Swedes who buy there). In addition, Torre del Mar is an excellent geographical base for our main broker Anders Larsson, as he will be making tours along the entire coast from autumn onwards.
Our portfolio of homes all over the Sunshine Coast, from Marbella in the west to Nerja in the east, is growing very quickly and in the autumn we will post our absolute gold nuggets on our Swedish site. We will also open a store at Blocket in the autumn, so we have certainly not "forgotten" our Swedish market! We also have some really big news coming up that we hope to be able to present to the Swedish market first of all in the autumn. However, the projects are not quite finished yet, so we don't want to beat the big drum just yet.
