Since 2008, Spanska Fastigheter has brokered exclusive houses and apartments, in Marbella and the surrounding area ( past Estepona , all the way down to Sotogrande and Gibraltar). For a long time, in addition to several collaborations, we also have banks that provide us with bank repossessions in and around Marbella (including Puerto Banus). However, these are no longer recommended. They just don't measure up (located next to highways, etc.). The corona crisis did not affect this fact in any way. Sometimes, however, exceptions come out that confirm the rule.

We have recently started a collaboration with a brokerage firm that has been specializing in high-end properties for several decades and is one of the best players west of Malaga (they also offer long-term rentals). We are happy and proud that this company has chosen to market its portfolio through Spanish Real Estate (at no extra cost to the total price, it should be added). If you cannot find what you are looking for on the western Solkusten, we also have brokers on the eastern Costa who can arrange alternative viewings if necessary (they are mainly found around Nerja ).

However, the best procedure is always to simply write to info@spanskafastigheter.se and tell us what you are looking for; if you want to live in a particular area (such as Puerto Banus), number of bedrooms, proximity to the beach, etc. This makes it easier for our brokers to find a home that feels right for you. In addition, many of the most exclusive residences are not public. We are therefore not allowed to publish them directly on the website, but we get PDFs that we send to the customer.

However, the range we can offer is not only about homes in Marbella, but from the city of Malaga and west along the entire coast down to Gibraltar. We can offer houses and apartments in, for example, Mijas Costa , Calahonda, Fuengirola , Miraflores, Riviera del Sol, and the delicious village of Benahavis , known as the gastronomic hub of the Costa del Sol.
The range also includes commercial objects in the above areas. So you can buy a restaurant, a bar, office space, a farm in a small village or even a shop in exclusive Puerto Banus. Buying a small shop in Puerto Banus is not cheap, however... Here, the world's biggest brands crowd side by side near the world-famous port.
Generally speaking, it is more expensive to buy a house or apartment in Marbella compared to the neighboring areas. The prices of the most exclusive properties have not fallen as much in percentage terms in comparison to the middle and budget segment. However, prices have also fallen on luxury properties in Marbella, and in many cases it is still possible to make a really good deal! Note that many banks are still sitting on properties that need to be sold in the upper segment. Luxury homes in Marbella have, in some cases, been reduced in price by as much as 70%, as far as bank withdrawals are concerned. However, consider that most of the best has already been sold in terms of bank items. What remains are homes in less attractive locations (such as highways, etc.). In terms of the luxury segment, we are also talking about houses in the 20-million range.
