Benalmadena is located 19 kilometers west of Malagaairport. This residential complex is located at the beginning of Benalmadena, in a really good location. As mentioned, it is only 5 minutes to the famous port of Puerto Marina where there are also several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.
These apartments offer an excellent opportunity to buy a holiday home, and/or make an investment that will immediately provide net return in the form of rentals. This is clearly one of the better budget buys on Costa Del Sol that has emerged in the wake of the Spanish crisis.
