To summarize: This project with new apartments has a really good location, but if you want a sea view , one of the penthouse apartments (which has sun all day) is recommended. The apartments are located in the south, north or east. 6 of them are located in a frontal south facing position, (2 of them are penthouses. 3 are east facing (of which 1 is a penthouse) 3 are north facing (of which 1 is a penthouse).

Parking and storage room are included in the price for the penthouse apartments. For the other apartments, parking can be purchased.
