Spanska Fastigheter has been providing exclusive houses and apartments since 2008, in Marbella with surroundings (past Estepona, all the way down to Sotogrande and Gibraltar). In addition to several partnerships, we have also had banks that provide us with bank withdrawals in and around Marbella (including Puerto Banus). However, these are no longer recommended. They simply do not measure up (located next to motorways etc.). The corona crisis did not affect this fact in any way. However, sometimes exceptions come out that confirm the rule.

The range we can offer, however, is not just about homes in Marbella, but from Malaga city and west along the entire coast down to Gibraltar. We can offer houses and apartments in, for example Mijas Costa, Calahonda, Fuengirola, Miraflores, Riviera del Sol, and the delicious village Benahavis, known as the gastronomic hub of Costa del Sol.
The offer also includes commercial listing in the above areas. You can therefore buy a restaurant, a bar, office space, a farmhouse in a small village or even a shop in exclusive Puerto Banus. However, buying a small shop in Puerto Banus is not cheap… Here, the world's biggest brands are crowded side by side near the world-famous port.
Generally speaking, it is more expensive to buy a house or apartment in Marbella compared to the neighboring areas. The prices of the most exclusive properties has not fallen as much in percentage terms compared to the mid-range and budget segments. However, prices have also fallen for luxury accommodation in Marbella, and in many cases it is still possible to get a really good deal! Please note that many banks are still holding properties that need to be sold in the upper segment. Luxury Properties in Marbella have in some cases, in terms of bank repossession , been reduced in price by as much as 70%. However, keep in mind that most of the best has already been sold in terms of bank repossession . What remains are homes in less attractive locations (such as motorways, etc.). In terms of the luxury segment, we are also talking about houses in the 20 million class.
