Mallorca has invested heavily in recent years and the island has been significantly renovated. The results have not been long in coming, and the old charter classic has made a real class trip, and is now one of the hottest destinations in Europe, both in terms of tourism and home purchases.

This crisis is not at all like the one that followed the financial crisis in 2008. This time the banks have declared that there will be "no bank repossession ". The market in general is instead focusing on new development , and mainly in the luxury segment.
