You can already reserve an apartment for €2,500 and get a place in the queue. Towards the summer, around June, those who have reserved and are waiting in line will be offered to be the first to choose apartments. If at this stage you do not want to buy, you will get the full amount back.
Specific price lists for the various apartments based on location and size will be released in the next step.

Step one is therefore to reserve a place in the queue ( the cost of it is then deducted from the total purchase amount ). We have been working with this builder for several years, one of Spain's largest building developers, and there have never been any problems with refunds etc.

The process of buying a place of purchase:

  1. Send us email, full name, place of residence, mobile number.
  2. We will send you payment information and contract in English (let us know if you want it translated into another language) for you to read.
  3. When the payment has gone through, the construction developer sends out a contract with a number on your place of purchase that must be signed electronically.
  4. When the day comes, tentatively the end of June, no later than the end of August, all information about apartments, prices is sent out and at this stage you have a certain period to decide which apartment to choose.
  5. If you choose to proceed with an apartment, a formal reservation contract is written on the apartment. If at this stage you choose not to proceed, you will receive the previous amount you paid in queue fee back.

The building license is expected to arrive after the summer. Then construction begins, and it generally takes around 18-21 months before completion.

There is no information about community fees and taxes etc. but these are rarely high in Spain (the communities have no loans), and these homes will not be an exception.

Payment plan: Most of the money is paid upon moving in and it is only then that any bank loan is activated. The interest rate is expected to be markedly lower at a time when the ECB has flagged several rate cuts this year alone.
