You have probably noticed our page about what housing we offer, which establishes that we mediate properties in Andalusia, and mainly on and around the Costadelsol (with the emphasis on Nerja)? You have probably also found the category " Listing ", where we show a small selection from our large selection of properties. However, our experience tells us that most customers rarely find what they are looking for right away. It is a big step to buy a property in Sweden, and an even bigger one to buy a property in Spain. Therefore, customers usually want to try and find, pick and choose, before they decide. In addition, many find it unsatisfactory and frustrating to search in gigantic databases of listing , and browse through brick-heavy brochures they get sent home. Most people also have a lot of other things going on in their lives, like family, career, and other interests that demand attention.

To facilitate this process for you, we have therefore decided to offer a "personal newsletter", that is, you specify exactly What you are looking for, and where in southern Spain you are looking for. You indicate your personal needs and wishes in an email to us and we will get back to you immediately once we have found an accommodation that matches your criteria! Please note that, depending on the specific requirements, some may receive a newsletter with several listing suggestions per week, while for others it may take several weeks for a single suitable suggestion.
In the email, you should state:
- Which city/area do you want to live in?
- Price range
- Specific needs, such as disability adaptation, proximity to school, etc.
- Location. For example, do you want to live by the beach, or in the city center?
- Requests for facilities, such as a pool.
- What type of home/ plot of land are you looking for? Villa, townhouse, apartment, renovation project , finca, modular house, other?
We collect a number of listing based on your wishes and when you feel we have found the right one (never any time pressure from our side), you let us know.
However, Anders wise from experience, says that most people choose a completely different house once they are on site. If you feel that it is too difficult to choose your dream home from a distance, simply send us an expression of interest stating that you would like to meet up Anders on Costa Del Sol for a tour of suitable properties.
If we do not have any reliable contacts who can provide what you are looking for, we will contact you with tips on possible websites that can instead meet your needs.
