Finally, we can present newly produced apartments in Nerja and the surrounding area (the residences in Capistrano Hills sold out quickly last year). These apartments were let out on 13/1 and it is now clear that they will sell out faster than is usual for off plan.

The Ladera Del mar 2 area is just outside Nerja (5 minutes by car). The urbanization is in a fantastic location, right by the Mediterranean Sea, elevated on the cliff, so you have an absolutely incredible view out over the sea and the coastline. The beach is just below.

The landscape is hilly and green and in spring and summer it blooms in all kinds of colors. The location combined with the price and build quality and the fantastic, large terraces with panaroma views over the coastline make this a very good investment. The weather on the Costa Tropical has also been named by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism as the country's best, which means that this is the best weather on the European continent. Over 320 sunny days a year.

The apartments will be built in five buildings with 2 apartments in each complex.

Each apartment has:

  • 2 terraces (a downstairs terrace and a private roof terrace)
  • In the urbanization there is a community pool that has already been completed (see picture below)
  • Sold with fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine included)

We would like to point out that this type of view, i.e. unhindered straight out over the sea is basically impossible to get hold of in central Nerja. The few objects that have this view in Nerja, and are also located so close to the sea, cost several million SEK more.

We would very much like to include these apartments in our portfolio. However, this is entirely up to you. You also decide entirely yourself when and how much you want to live in your home during the year. You don't commit yourself to anything. However, the potential for renting is very good.
