As for new development of houses in the surrounding area, there are, among other things: Fuente del Baden (next to Capistrano Village) which alternative. However, there are some uncertainties with licenses/infrastructure in this area as well, just like with Hills. As everyone knows, the conditions in the housing market in Nerja have changed very quickly in the last year. There is simply very little resale left to choose from in areas like Capistrano Village or the more central parts.
