In addition, the increase in value is strong, and is expected to rise significantly over several years. In addition to its unique location, these houses will also have another exclusive advantage as it is next door to the historic hotel Los Arcos, which offers an advantageous rental concept for the owners who want to rent out their houses in this small urbanization, which will probably be the most attractive smaller residential areas throughout the city upon completion, for international and cash-strapped guests. As an investment, larger houses in the luxury class are something that has become increasingly interesting for international investors post corona.

It is difficult to find a frame of reference for the houses in Los Arcos as there are hardly any such large, new luxury houses in the absolute top class in a central location to compare with. As a frame of reference, it can be mentioned that older villas (3-4 stars) in the city with 3 bedrooms and a pool charge €1500-2500 per night in high season. At the end of May, it was also announced that there is finally a concrete project for the marina between Nerja/Torrox. The marina will increase the value of the homes in the entire area, especially larger luxury homes. The marina is only 8 minutes by car (20 minutes by bike) from the villas in Los Arcos.
