Terrazas will be one of the most sought-after areas for rent in all of Nerja, among other things due to the magnificent seafront location, the high standard and the heated saltwater pool. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to beautiful Restinga beach which is the westernmost part of Playazo beach. You can then walk along the beach to central Nerja. There are several restaurants and bars in and near Ladera. Among other things, the reputable Avalon restaurant.

  • Central Nerja: 5 minutes
  • Nearest golf course (Baviera): 15 minutes (20 minutes to the golf course in Anoreta, and 20 to Los Moriscos)
