We have a long-standing contract with another of the larger property owners in the popular El Capistrano Village area of Nerja. We now cover the entire area (as well as nearby Oasis, San Juan, etc).
Please note that renting out your apartment in Capistrano through one of the rental companies in the area is not always the most advantageous. We will go through the numbers with you for several options so you can be sure to get the best return.

Capistrano is a solid investment in Spain
This is an opportunity to invest in Nerja which is a real future areaThe latter is an important aspect as many people who buy an apartment or house abroad do so purely as an investment. The possibilities for rent out your apartment in this area are also very good due to the good standard of the apartments, and the fact that Capistrano is close to the sea.
El Capistrano Village is a well-maintained holiday village that of course also works great as a year-round residence. The area offers, among other things, good security, proximity to Burriana Beach (almost anywhere you are in Capistrano Village you have sea view , and it is only a 10-minute walk down to the beach), apartments and houses built to a good standard, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a newly built department store, well-maintained tennis courts and swimming pools, and very good public transport connections . Nerja is also an excellent starting point for those who want to travel around and see the fantastic Andalusia landscape. There are also several nice golf courses nearby.

It should be emphasized that even the cheapest options are key-ready and does not require any form of renovation. In some cases, however, it can be very profitable to do a renovation as it increases the prices for renting. It also does not cost much to renovate in Spain, and in many cases you can make a tax deduction.
