When we use Google Analytics to analyze spanskafastigheter.se, we are very happy to see that the number of visitors is constantly increasing, and above all that you read a LOT of pages on each visit. Happily, we are far above the average for websites in terms of page viewing per visitor.
It is also noticeable from the response via E-mail that our site is appreciated. We are very happy about that! However, we notice that many of you are often on the site and look at our articles and listing for several hours, but then leave the site without hearing from us.
This tells us that YOU cannot find exactly what you are looking for and at the same time you do not want to contact us with your specific requests via E-mail, or sign up for our personal newsletters. We understand that you may be in the early stages of thinking about buying or renting a property in Spain, and you may not want to bother contacting a real estate agent until you are absolutely sure you want to take the plunge.
You may also be afraid that we will harass you with a constant stream of offers if you give us your contact details, or that your email address will end up in the wrong hands and be bombarded with a lot of strange suggestions, and/or viruses. We promise that we are very careful not to contact us at the wrong time in a traditional expression of interest , and that we absolutely do not give out email addresses, or other information about you to third parties. The latter is directly illegal. However, we respect and understand your desire for anonymity, regardless of the reason why you hesitate to contact us with your specific requests. We have therefore decided to take two measures:

2. You can also leave a comment at the bottom of this page via our comment field. We have changed it so that it is not mandatory to provide an email address or name (but please leave some form of name so we can respond directly to the questioner). The comment will be visible to the public, but the advantage is that you can get answers quickly directly from us. To avoid our site being exposed to attacks or SPAM, we need to approve each individual comment manually before it appears on the site. So please be patient if it takes a few hours/days before the comment is published and responded to.
In this way, we hope above all that we will get a little more information about what our visitors would like to see more of. For example, what does your dream home look like? Where would you like to live? What other aspects do you think we should inform you about that we have missed?
