Torrevieja is hot, even scorching hot. We asked Blocket for statistics the other day and it turns out that Torrevieja has over 10,000 searches a month. Note that this is just about Blocket. Google, for example, adds… It is no wonder that more and more people have started to build in the area. Norwegians and English are also “invading” the area at the moment. In fact, there is even greater pressure from these countries than from Sweden. It is mainly the cheap prices that are attracting home buyers to this part of the Costa Blanca right now.

We just received more tonight bank repossession in the city. We felt we had to put some information about these apartments because of the extremely low prices. You won't find cheaper housing than this anywhere in central Torrevieja. We can guarantee that.

They are located on the main street and the city's more expensive shops and the famous square with the church from the 1750s are also nearby. Just two streets away is the beach Cura beach with swimming areas, nice beach promenades and restaurants.

Our real estate agent on the Costa Blanca was close to buying an apartment in these buildings in 2007 (he had arranged a loan etc.), but changed his mind at the last moment when he realized that the market was going to collapse. That assessment turned out to be absolutely correct. The apartments cost 3 times more in 2007. The reason they are so cheap now is of course because it is bank repossession .
