This very charming townhouse (finca/ country housing ) in the village of Salares is built into Almijaramountain. The house has a lot of character and is perfect for those who want to live in a typical Spanish rural environment. At the same time, it is close to most things. 40 minutes by car to the beaches of Torre del Mar, or 48 minutes to Nerja. It takes about an hour to get to Malaga airport.

Salares is a very nice little village that creeps up to the foot of Almijaramountain, right on the border of the beautiful natural park. The large, double wooden door leads into a cozy living room that is packed with lively details. Three steps lead to the kitchen that has a built-in electric oven, gas hob and double sink.
On the upper floor there is a small, enclosed terrace to the left and a bathroom with shower and bathtub to the right.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a wooden window overlooking the street in front of the house.
The house has two smaller bedrooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. Both of these rooms are built into the rock with painted, irregular natural stone walls.
The house also has another small terrace with views of the village and the countryside.
