Mallorca has invested heavily in recent years and the island has been heavily equipped. The result has not been long in coming, and the old charter classic has made a real class trip, and is now one of the hottest destinations in Europe, both in terms of tourism and home buying.
After Corona, just like elsewhere in Spain, mainly new development applies. Buyers want something new and fresh and they are no longer willing to pay millions for run-down old houses or apartments. Older article below with some banking items. Bank objects in particular are no longer something that can be obtained in På Mallorca to any great extent. This crisis is not at all similar to the one that followed the financial crisis in 2008. This time the banks have flagged that there will be "no bank objects". The overall market is instead focusing on new development , and mainly in the luxury segment.
