We haven't updated the page with that many listing lately. This is because we have changed our strategy a bit. At the moment we are putting a lot of effort into the international market (we now have close partners all over Central Europe, and we also post our listing on portals that reach almost the entire world) which has literally started to glow with interest in the investment opportunities in Spain. However, below we show some of the most affordable properties that are still unsold, and which we know many of you may be interested in.

We are also currently putting the finishing touches on an office in Torre del Mar, which is also part of the strategy to market ourselves to international customers (there are not many Swedes buying there yet). In addition, Torre del Mar is an excellent base geographically for our head realtor Anders Larsson as he will be doing viewing along the entire coast from the autumn onwards.

Our portfolio of properties across Costa Del Sol , from Marbella in the west to Nerja in the east, is growing very quickly and we will be launching new properties in the autumn. our absolute gems on our Swedish site.
