Please note that it is not always the most advantageous to rent out your apartment in Capistrano through one of the rental companies in the area. We go over the numbers with you for several options so you can be sure of getting the best return.

Capistrano is a stable investment in Spain
This is an opportunity to invest in Nerja, which is a real future area . The latter is an important aspect as many who buy an apartment or house abroad do so as a pure investment. The possibilities to rent out your apartment in this area are also very good due to the good standard of the apartments, as well as the fact that Capistrano is close to the sea.
El Capistrano Village is a well-maintained holiday village which, of course, also works excellently as a year-round residence. The area offers, among other things, good security, proximity to Burriana Beach (pretty much anywhere in Capistrano Village you have an ocean view, and it's only a 10-minute walk down to the beach), apartments and houses built to a good standard, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, newly built department store, well-maintained tennis courts and swimming pools, as well as very good transport links. Nerja is also an excellent starting point for those who want to travel around and see the fantastic landscape of Andalusia. There are also several fine golf courses nearby.
The price of apartments or houses in El Capistrano Village is 150,000-600,000 Euro. That is, there is everything from good everyday standard to luxury. It should be emphasized that even the cheapest options are turnkey and do not require any kind of renovation. In some cases, however, it can be very profitable to do a renovation as it raises the prices for renting. In addition, it does not cost much to renovate in Spain, and in many cases you can make a tax deduction. Financing up to 70 percent
There is also the possibility of financing, up to 70 percent, (we collaborate with a bank that is part of an international collaboration and thus has Swedish staff and services adapted specifically for Swedes) for the above apartments or houses near the sea.
But, of course, even the Spanish banks require that the individual or the couple have good finances in order to be approved for a larger bank loan.
