New build Spain
Many second-hand homes in Spain are getting significantly worn out with problems with water damage etc (especially in buildings older than 2006 when the new building code was introduced) and would need to drop in price to become attractive. The 20th century will look much like the beginning of the 21st century, i.e. with a predominant focus on new development . The reason why it sold the most used cars in the 10 years that followed the financial crisis in 2008 was that there was basically no new development to choose from. It does now, but keep in mind that prices will rise every year in line with inflation, and that the best lots are those that are sold first when you want to stimulate sales after the Corona crisis.
