We also have several projects with new development underway. If all goes well, before the end of the year we will be able to offer homes at fantastic prices in a cozy, typical Andalusian village only 30 minutes from Malaga airport.
In addition, we are in talks with landowners in the area between Nerja and Torrox.

We are developing a travel concept for families with children in collaboration with our personal favorite Capistrano Village and a large Swedish children's travel site. Hopefully we will be able to launch the concept before the turn of the year.
As for fairs, it is doubtful whether we will have time for them this year. In addition, it is unfortunately the case that many who visit fairs in Sweden are mostly a bit "curious" and not really interested in buying (however, it is always fun to meet people and talk Spain!). However, we will try to make it to the fair in Brussels in December. If nothing else, our French partner will display our objects at the fair.
In conclusion, we are in the process of negotiating rights to new construction in both Nerja and Torre Del Mar. However, nothing is completely nailed down yet so we can't share any information, just yet. However, it is positive that they are once again starting to plan wonderful new buildings on the Solkusten!
