B&B in Spain for sale - 9 bedrooms

However, it should be made clear that it is not easy to get hold of this type of quality B&B for sale on the Solkusten. After all, the area is at the top in terms of international tourism statistics. Incidentally, few post their Bed and Breakfasts in a public database. It is about an elegant B&B (boutique hotel) between Marbella and Estepona (New Golden Mile) on the Costa del Sol. This B&B has not been open since 2010. The hotel has an excellent location, in a very quiet area but still only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banús, Estepona and Marbella. Each of the 9 spacious suites has individually designed bathrooms with bathtubs and sitting areas.

All rooms are individually decorated to reflect the global diversity (African decor, oriental, etc. No two rooms are the same) giving the hotel a very stylish and modern setting. All rooms overlook the mature tropical gardens and have access to the pool. There is direct access to the beach via a small side street, 2 minutes walk.

The property includes a separate house for the owners of the hotel. The house is spacious and has one bedroom.

About the price picture

The price currently stands at 950,000 Euro.

Our broker on the western Solkusten has the following to say about the price level of this Bed & Breakfast between Marbella and Estepona: "If you consider that the price per m2 for the area was 2000-2200 EUR/m2 and you have 800 m2 X 2000 EUR = 1,600 000 euros or 800 m2 X 2200 euros = 1,760,000 euros. I would probably guess at a previous sale price of around 1,850,000 euros. Now you buy 40% cheaper.”
