However, it should be made clear that it is not easy to find this type of quality B&B for sale on Costa Del Sol . After all, the area is at the top in terms of international tourism statistics. Moreover, few put their Bed and Breakfasts in a public database. This is an elegant B&B (boutique hotel) between Marbella and Estepona (New Golden Mile) on Costa del Sol. This B&B has not been open since 2010. All rooms are individually decorated to reflect the global diversity (African decor, oriental, etc. No two rooms are alike) giving the hotel a very stylish and modern setting. All rooms overlook the mature tropical gardens and have access to the pool. There is direct access to the beach via a small side street, 2 minutes walk.

The property includes a separate house for the owners of the hotel. The house is spacious and has one bedroom.

About the price picture

The Price currently stands at 950,000 Euro.

Our real estate agent on the western Costa Del Sol has the following to say about the price level of this Bed & Breakfast between Marbella and Estepona: “If you consider that price per sqm for the area was 2000-2200 EUR/ sqm and you have 800 sqm X 2000 EUR = 1,600,000 euros or 800 sqm X 2200 EUR = 1,760,000 euros. I would probably guess at a previous sales price of around 1,850,000 euros. Now you buy 40% cheaper.”
