We have recently signed a contract with one of Spain's largest banks . They will provide us with bank withdrawals across the country. The prices are very good and the bank offers financing. Note, however, that these items disappear from the market very quickly. [Update 2014, we have deepened the contract and now receive new objects before other brokers, exclusive rights to sell certain homes, and can offer bank loans up to 90 percent, Swedish-speaking handling of both homes and the loan process].
