- The apartment is located on the ground floor with just a short flight of stairs to the entrance.
- You enter the building through a garden gate that leads you out onto the lovely terrace with sun loungers and a dining area.
- From the terrace you can go directly into the living room which also houses an open kitchen. Straight ahead you have the bedroom with 2 single beds, and to the left of the bedroom is the bathroom with bathtub.
- The apartment has Wi-Fi, A/C, flat-screen TV and washing machine.
- The community pool is just a short walk down the road and a 10 minute walk will take you down to the popular Burrianabeach. The apartment is close to the Mercadona supermarket and a 25 minute walk will take you to Nerja.
Prices:
November-December-January-February: €390 per week
March-April-May: €490 per week
June-July-August: €590 per week
September-October: €490 per week

- Pay the reservation fee. We will get back to you when the money is available with a booking confirmation and receipt.
- That's all! You pay the remaining part of the booking amount when you arrive.
