Capistrano Village is, as you know, a big favorite of many on Costa Del Sol . The area is located in Nerja and is known for its beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere (15-20 minute walk to both the beach and town center ). It is also perhaps the best area to invest in if you want secure income directly from rentals. Apartments in this area have a good, documented rental rate all year round. They were also rented out well during the worst crisis years.
