In terms of new development of houses in the immediate area, Fuente del Baden (next to Capistrano Village) is an alternative. However, there is some confusion with licenses/infrastructure in this area as well, just like with Hills. As everyone knows, conditions on the housing market in Nerja have changed very quickly in the past year. There is simply very little resale left to choose from in areas like Capistrano Village or the more central parts.

This was 14 (off plan) townhouses and houses in Capistrano Hills (Algarrobo), just above Capistrano Village. Note, we are more than happy to include houses from this area in our rental pool, either directly on this website or at scandicfeelrentals.com/region/nerja/

The views from the elevated area are fantastic and there is space for a community pool in the urbanization, as well as a tropical garden with waterfalls will be created.
