Duna Beach in Torrox Costa ( relatively close to Nerja ) is a new project consisting of 84 apartments right on the beach. These were launched in the summer of 17, and at the time of writing, January, 2018, about 20 have been sold (mostly to Spaniards). The local area may not be what Swedes prefer, but it is difficult to get hold of newly produced apartments on the beach on the Costa del Sol and the prices are good.
