To summarize, this project of new apartments has a really good location, but if you want a sea view, one of the penthouse apartments (which have sun all day regardless of location) is recommended. The apartments are located in the south, north or east. 6 in frontal south orientation, (2 of them are penthouses. 3 in east orientation (of which 1 penthouse) 3 in north orientation (of which 1 penthouse).

For those who do not want a penthouse, one of the 4 is recommended in a south-facing position, however the broker personally likes the one in the east-facing position (it is at the back, but good sunlight on the terrace in the morning) because it has morning sun in the winter. It still gets too hot to sit outside after 2 pm in the summer in his opinion. Parking and storage are included in the price of the penthouse apartments. As for the other apartments, parking can be purchased.
