Those of you who regularly visit our site have probably already noticed that there is a lot going on in the Spanish housing market; with falling prices, favorable bonuses, new concepts such as the possibility to rent and buy, and modular houses and exciting construction projects such as Calaceite, as well as new old trends such as living in cave houses.
Thanks to our employee Anders' incredible network of contacts, Spanska Fastigheter is in the middle of this revolutionary transformation. 2009 will be a very exciting year for those of you looking for housing in Spain.
Our database is constantly growing in terms of good properties, but also with places and areas we can offer in Spain. In addition, we will continuously update the prices of our houses and apartments. We have started to bring in more and more new objects at really good prices, and heavy reductions on the older objects. It is also noticeable that the Swedes have noticed that things have started to happen seriously on the Spanish housing market, as the number of expressions of interest and visitors has increased significantly recently!
Our main objective going forward is to continue to pay attention partly to what is happening in the housing market in southern Spain, but also to what it is that the Swedes want. Among other things, we have noticed that more and more people are interested in an older, slightly cheaper but charming accommodation a little beyond the coasts, preferably located high up.
We will therefore continue to invest in rural homes in environments you desire, but we will also continue to look for and offer the most affordable houses and apartments along the coast.
Keep in mind that our actual range is much larger than what you find on our site. For example, we cooperate with very good players for those of you who want to invest in a bar, hotel, guest house, or office premises in attractive areas in Spain.
