Rent property in Spain!

When this concept was presented at a housing fair in England during the last crisis, it was, for understandable reasons, an immediate hit! We now hope that many Swedes will be as excited as the British were that time, and see the great opportunity in this offer.

After the last crisis, the concept of being able to rent the property and then be able to deduct the cost from the price in case of a possible purchase later on was something that was only offered for a shorter period. That will be the case this time as well, so if you are interested jump on the concept before it disappears (the contract you signed still applies) again.

The concept works like the buyer signs a contract for 2 years and pays a non-refundable deposit (which varies depending on the seller). This amount can vary from 5,000 Euro to 10% of the purchase price. The buyer then pays a rent on the property that is determined by the seller of the house. This rent is paid for two years or less if the speculator feels ready to buy before the period expires. When the property then passes to the person who rented it, if the person concerned is still interested, he or she may deduct the amount he or she paid in rent, as well as the deposit fee, from the total agreed price of the home

Example : The buyer agrees to buy an apartment for 100,000 Euro

Deposit fee: 10,000 Euro

Monthly rent : 600 Euro

After two years: The apartment can be bought for 100,000 Euro – 10,000 – 24 x 600 Euro=75,600

In this way, you can live more or less interest-free for two years! And if you are not satisfied with your house, or with your surroundings, you just withdraw from the house purchase and use your money on another property.

This concept is perfect for those of you who have your money tied up in shares, funds, et cetera. Or for you who at the same time have another property for sale that you fear will take a while to get rid of, or for young people who need a little more time to get their finances in order. Primarily, it's a good deal for those who want to try out what it's like to live in Spain, but don't really dare to take the big step fully.
