[Update 6/6: SOLD] Maro is located 3 km from the center of Nerja, elevated with a fantastic view of the sea and the beautiful surroundings where people have lived for nearly 30,000 (!) years. The famous caves , which are Spain's most visited natural attraction, are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Coating is thus no problem. In the area there is also a newly opened botanical garden, and several popular hiking trails. There are several restaurants, bars and tapas places here, as well as lots of green spaces and plantations.
Maro beach, which is a short detour away, is very nice and clean. In addition, last year Spanish national TV named the kayak stretch between Maro and Burriana beach as "Paradise on Earth". This area is simply magically beautiful.
