Playa de La Mata is the longest and most appreciated beach in Torrevieja. Right by La Mata is the popular area of Cabo Cervera.

The two big banks in Torrevieja, La Caixa and Sabadell, also have no banking facilities in Cabo Cervera, or near La Mata. It is therefore very difficult to find housing here for under a million.
