Costa del Sol - apartments and houses for sale

The Costa del Sol is Spain's most attractive area for foreigners looking to buy a house or apartment in Spain. Marbella (Estepona is a slightly cheaper option on the west coast) is still the most popular for those looking to buy more expensive luxury villas, and the Torrox Costa and the towns between Malaga and Nerja are the best areas for budget buys. For a long time, Mijas, Benalmadena and Fuengirola have been very popular destinations among Scandinavians, and thousands of Swedes look for a villa or apartment in these areas every year.

However, the most popular resort on the Sunshine Coast right now, in all categories, is the small, beautiful town of Nerja.
