When we use the Google Analytics program to analyze spanskafastigheter.se, we are very happy to note that the number of visitors is increasing all the time, and above all that you read VERY many pages on each individual visit. We are pleasingly above average for websites in terms of page views per visitor.
It is also noticeable from the response via e-mail that our site is appreciated. We are very happy about that! However, we notice that there are many of you who come in often and look at our articles and items for several hours, but then leave the page without getting in touch.
This tells us that YOU do not find exactly what you are looking for, at the same time that you do not want to contact us with your specific requests via e-mail, or sign up for our personal newsletter . Of course, we realize that you may be in the early stages when you are just toying with the idea of buying or long-term rental property in Spain, and feel that you do not want to be a nuisance by contacting any broker until you are absolutely sure that you want to take the step.
You may also be afraid that we will harass you with a constant stream of offers if you give us your contact details, or that your email address will fall into the wrong hands and be bombarded with a bunch of strange proposals, and/or viruses. We promise that we are very careful not to contact us on time or out of time with a traditional expression of interest, and that we absolutely do not give out e-mail addresses or other information about you to third parties. The latter is directly illegal. However, we respect and understand your desire for anonymity regardless of the reason you are reluctant to contact us with your specific requests. We have therefore decided to take two measures:

2. You can also leave a comment at the bottom of this page via our comment field. We have changed it so that it is not mandatory to enter an email address or name (but please leave some form of name so that we can respond directly to the questioner). The comment will indeed be visible for public viewing, but the advantage is that you can get a quick answer directly from us . However, to avoid our page being exposed to attacks or SPAM, we need to approve each individual comment manually before it is displayed on the page. So be patient if it takes an hour/day before the comment is published and answered.
We hope in this way above all that we will get a little more information about what our visitors would most like to see more of. For example, what does your dream home look like?
